Ingredients: Herbal mix of Eucalyptus and Peppermint leaves, Lavender, Chamomile dried flowers, dried leaves of Basil, Sage and Rosemary, dried Citrus peel, Confrey leaves, Oregano, Lemon Verbana and Passionflower leaves. Cinnamon, Clove, Essential oil blend of Ginger, Citrus, Eucalyptus, Thyme, Bergamot, and Lemongrass. How to use: Add some herbal mix and few drops of the essential oil blend to a heat safe bowl, pour boiling water over the top then make a tent above your head with a large towel while you lean over the bowl of herbs and hot water. Breathe in deeply, inhale keeping eyes closed. Stay in this position for 10 – 15 minutes repeating this process as needed or as long as is tolerated. You can also add a few scoops of your herbal mix to your bath tub for an amazingly herbal bath to help infuse your body with beneficial minerals, vitamins and nutrients.
