# 01 - Colette the starlet Mustard Espelette pepper

For our collection, we started with a mustard, but not just any one: a Dijon mustard made from 75% French mustard seeds (it takes time for the little seed to grow back in our regions) ; to which we have added 100% natural products (and that's no joke) to achieve these original and tasty recipes!
