Excellence 2015

AOC Rosette 2016, made from a blend of 80% Sémillon, 15% Muscadelle and 5% Sauvignon. Colour: pale yellow with shades of gold and intense shine. Nose: a complex nose, a mixture of pear, English candy with a touch of hazelnut. Palate: surprising aromatic intensity, the delicate sweetness comes into balance with the acidity of this vintage.
