Organic red wine - Château Devise d'Ardilley 2018 - 75cl

Dark, almost black and bordered by a ruby edge, the color matches the intensity and complexity of the bouquet (ripe red and black fruits, sweet spices, violet) to give a real sparkle to the presentation. The palate is superb, combining power, roundness, freshness, and supple, silky tannins with a very assured balance. AOP Haut-Médoc - Cru Bourgeois Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon: 40%; Merlot: 50%; Petit Verdot: 10% Vineyard management: traditional with green work (leaf thinning and green harvesting); mechanical with destemming and on-board optical sorting; manual harvesting is carried out on young vines. Alcoholic and malolactic vinifications are carried out in a traditional manner, using modern techniques where necessary. Blending: At the end of the vinification process and before aging, the blending is carried out. Aging: The wines are aged in French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months. Château Devise d’Ardilley stores a third of its volume in new barrels and terracotta amphorae. ORGANIC AGRICULTURE CERTIFICATION The property began converting to organic farming in 2015. It has been AB certified since the 2018 vintage.
