AOC Bordeaux: Le Grand Blanc - Aged in oak barrels - Audacieux Blanc 2023 - ORGANIC

80% Semillon old vines - 20% Sauvignon Blanc, the king of grape varieties in the great white wines of Bordeaux. This wine was fermented, vinified and aged on lees for 8 months in new French oak barrels. Beautiful golden yellow color, elegant fragrance with notes of flowers, yellow fruits and brioche, both delicate and powerful and with a beautiful length. A great gastronomic wine to be enjoyed with refined dishes. Limited edition of 550 bottles for 2023. Awards: 1 star in the Hachette 2025 guide out of 2022. Pairings: Salmon gravlax with pink berries, pan-fried scallops on a bed of pumpkin puree, grilled lobster and spelt risotto with saffron, chicken with morel sauce, Ste Maure or mature Comté cheese.
