Soft and sweet - At the gates of Baudron 2023

100% Malbec. We picked this Malbec plant when it was overripe. The plot was therefore harvested with a very high concentration of natural sugars. Result: a surprising wine with 100g/L of residual sugars. Beautiful pale yellow color, notes of exotic fruits such as roasted pineapple and mango. On the palate, the sweetness is there but without heaviness thanks to a hint of acidity and an aromatic note of tangy exotic fruits. HAS as an aperitif with ice or with desserts with a high chocolate content, or as a light digestif at the end of a meal.
