Cuvée from the terroir of the limestone plateaus of Mirande, planted by our ancestor Nelson Guimberteau (on the label). 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet franc. Powerful and concentrated nose with notes of ponds, strawberry and hay. The palate is pleasant, powerful and velvety with notes of blackberry. Nice length in the mouth. Platter of cold meats, tapas, paella, couscous, game.
