Vintage 2021._ Produced by direct pressing of whole bunches of grapes. TASTING NOTES * EYE: a very pale, crystalline and brilliant pink colour. * NOSE: fine and fruity with notes of citrus, cherry and raspberry. * MOUTH: lively and fresh, crunchy on the palate. We find the fruity characters with a nice length on the finish. HOW AND WITH WHAT TO SERVE IT? Serve very chilled at 6°C – 8°C. To be opened just before the service to preserve the fruity aromas.
