Virgin olive oil Matured olives AOP Provence (20CL) A fruity black* olive oil, very sweet, the result of a blend of 4 varieties of olives typical of Provence, matured before extraction. This virgin oil reveals notes of black olive and candied fruit. *The olives are picked when fully ripe and stored in palox sheltered from oxygen. Then begins the work of a light fermentation thanks to a specific know-how in order to reveal the taste of the candied black olive, associated with the oils produced in the past in the traditional mills with granite millstones and scourtin presses. All the art consists in obtaining this typicality without suffering its faults! Both oils are delivered in a rigid box with magnetic closure, ready to offer!
