Unlike many oils of the Picual variety, this oil surprises more with its balanced fruitiness and sweetness than with its power! It remains a real frank green fruitiness with notes of tomato leaf, tomato and green almond both on the nose and on the palate. The structure is discreet and leaves plenty of room for the aromas to develop with pleasant simplicity. 👉 Long abandoned, the La Biodiversa estate was taken over in 2019 by Antonio, a talented agricultural engineer, who decided to grow olive trees there in biodynamic agriculture. The 300 trees on the estate thus offer rabbits, wild boars, praying mantises and other insects a veritable sanctuary to live in harmony.
