As a small company from Trier, we would like to set a small monument to the Riesling wine of the local wine region with this chili sauce creation. The medium-hot Habanero Chili Sauce with Riesling is a true all-rounder that goes well with many different dishes. It combines the good taste of wine with the fruity note of Habaneros. With tomato as a base, this chilli sauce is a perfect sauce for seasoning pasta, and also goes well with cheese platters or beef steaks. The sauce can also be used to flavor dips or to make cocktails such as the well-known "Bloody Mary". All in all it is a sauce for the festive occasion.
