SWEET STRAWBERRY COMPOTE, WINE GUMS, CARAMEL Filter Roast / Light - Medium This coffee is one of three from the El Cipres farm, each highlighting a different varietal and flavour profile. It is bursting with flavour and sweetness - a real ‘Pic N’ Mix’. We first visited Tomas at his farm in February 2019, and committed to sourcing fresh crop every year, paying twice the FairTrade price for this coffee. This year, we worked with Tomas to source three coffees with three different varietals from El Cipres - Red Bourbon (mainstay), Orange Bourbon (limited edition), and Yellow Bourbon (limited edition).
