Chocolate bar made from blended milk couverture chocolate (Ivory Coast and Venezuela), 41% cocoa and 100% pure cocoa butter and natural Béarnais pepper, made 100% by hand by Maison Malnou in Poey-de-Lescar (64). Béarnais pepper has a controlled spiciness and beautiful notes of pepper and dried tomatoes.
