Piper Black Tablet

This chocolate bar is made from blended dark couverture chocolate (Ivory Coast and Venezuela), with 67% cocoa and 100% pure cocoa butter and natural Béarnais pepper, made 100% by hand by Maison Malnou in Poey-de-Lescar (64). Béarnais pepper has a controlled spiciness and beautiful notes of pepper and dried tomatoes.
