100% cocoa dark chocolate. This chocolate is part of our "Grands Crus chocolate" collection. It comes from beans from the "Ambohimena Sud" plot of our plantation, MAVA, Sambirano Valley Madagascar. Ambohimena Sud beans were awarded "Cocoa of Excellence" at the 2019 awards. The main aromatic characteristics of the Ambohimena Grand Cru: caramel, walnut/almond, exceptional sweetness.
