100% cocoa professional dark couverture chocolate, Terroir de Brickaville

"Les Pépites de Brickaville", a 100% cocoa dark chocolate that is part of our Rare Chocolates and Grands Crus range. The Brickaville terroir is located on the east coast of the Big Island. In 2015, we discovered these cocoa trees planted by French settlers, nestled in the heart of lush tropical vegetation, they had become wild again. The main aromatic characteristics of the Brickaville terroir: dried flower nose, bitterness rounded off by notes of brown caramel.
