Professional dark couverture chocolate 100% Ottange terroir

100% cocoa dark chocolate. This chocolate is part of our "Chocolats de Grands Crus" collection. It is made from beans from the Ottange farm of our MAVA plantation, Sambirano valley. Ottange is the smallest farm in area of our plantation. It enjoys an ideal location on the alluvial terraces of the Ramena River, the main tributary of the Sambirano River. Our beans from the Ottange farm were awarded the "cocoa of excellence" distinction by the International Cocoa Awards in 2017. The main aromatic characteristics of Grand Cru Ottange: yellow fruits (apricot, banana, mango), slightly acidulous.
