Cider from Normandy Brut, Semi-dry and Sweet Made with no less than 20 varieties, our cider finds its balance between sweet, bitter and acid apple. After a more or less long fermentation (depending on whether it is brut, semi-dry or sweet) and a light filtration, it is bottled to obtain its fine bubbles.
