Made with artisanal precision, it promises a soft dough that releases its delicate aromatic notes, recalling the iconic Harry's Bar Panettone.
 Using exclusively fresh eggs from hens raised in 'cruelty-free' environments in our local region and harvesting honey from a small producer in the Berici Hills region, our Panettone boasts the use of only natural vanilla pods and Australian raisins, offering an amber infusion of flavours.
 Through a natural leavening process, our cake reveals a soft interior characterized by its distinctive irregular alveoli. 
Encased in a tin, the exterior features a rich golden-brown hue, while the interior features a warm yellow hue. 
To best enjoy Panettone, we recommend keeping it in the tin until ready to serve, allowing its flavors to develop before delighting in this exquisite delicacy.
