If in doubt, you can choose the smaller size since you won't feel comfortable if the sandal is too loose. Having the buckle with the adjustable strap, it adapts perfectly to the length of your foot. Take a sheet of paper. Place your foot on the paper with your heel against the wall. Use a pen. Mark the end of your longest finger (usually your first or second finger) and measure the total length.
