Mixture for foie gras

Either to make your own foie gras or for pan-fried foie gras. For pan-fried foie gras, simply sprinkle a teaspoon of the spice mix on each side without any fat. Stir back and forth over high heat until the foie gras is colored. Ingredients and allergens: Allspice, long red pepper, red pepper, paprika, cinnamon, turmeric, green cardamom, cloves and ginger.
