Saint Bris 2022 Domaine Lavallée HVE - WHITE

Communal appellation of the Auxerrois vineyard. The village of Saint-Bris-le-Vineux is located between Auxerre and Chablis, in the Yonne valley. Erick Lavallée and at the head since 1987 of a 22 hectare estate. The grapes are planted on limestone rocks from the secondary period: Kimmeridgian and Portlandian. TASTING Grapes: Sauvignon and Sauvignon Gris Colour: Pale yellow with a few green reflections. Nose: The grape variety reveals notes of citrus, peach and blackcurrant leaves. It can sometimes make one feel exotic undertones. This complexity leads to ample fruitiness. Mouth: It reveals a fruity, ample and floral mouth. The finish is iodized with a hint of spice.
