The Beer of Michelin-starred restaurants: COMPoZ oO5-B “Yuzu Wakame Sansho” - 33cl

Designed in collaboration with Fabien Hacques, sommelier of the RACINES restaurant (1* Michelin) in Rennes.

 This high-end beer can be enjoyed alone or with fish, sushi or a citrus dessert.

 We choose excellent quality raw materials, used in the kitchens of major starred restaurants. 

This results in finesse and power of flavors.

 For this collaboration, we worked Yuzu, an Asian citrus fruit with Wakame, a brown algae and Sansho berry, a Japanese lemon pepper. 

The result is a refreshing and light beer with pronounced flavors.
