Dark organic chocolate couverture 72% oranges (12% minimum) without lecithin with cane sugar. The organic cocoa beans, fair trade from Santo Domingo, Peru and Tanzania, are of the Forastero and Trinitario varieties. Store in a cool (14 to 17°C) and dry place away from light and odours.
