Milk Gianduja with French Hazelnuts

Ingredients: Cocoa beans from Ecuador (35%), organic hazelnuts from France (20%), organic cane sugar (20%), whole milk (12.5%), organic cocoa butter (12.5%). ­ Once ground, the hazelnuts are added to the chocolate at the time of conching (on a stone mill), which gives this chocolate a very smooth texture and a pronounced hazelnut taste.
