The positively charged hair is thus neutralized and an anti-static effect is created. Your hair no longer sticks out, but lies flat and looks much more well-groomed and shiny. Furthermore, the negatively charged particles split the water droplets on your hair, which means that they evaporate faster and the drying time is reduced.
