I discovered the technique of silk painting by hand on a trip I made to Paris in 1973, walking through the famous neighborhood of Montmartre painters, I found the shop-workshop of the artist Dominique Clermont.
The textures, the colors, the brightness of the fabric…..a new magical world that I was learning and observing day by day in my more and more assiduous visits to Dominique in the 6 months that I stayed in Paris, opened up before me.
When I returned to Barcelona, already installed in my atelier, I began to work with interior designers and architects, but in 1992 I decided to open my creative mind towards feminine accessories, first scarves, later fans and finally jewellery.
I like to create, think about what to do with all the materials that I have within my reach and in this creative phase of thinking about new collections, I do it in silence, only silks, metals and me.
I currently have the atelier and in 2013 I opened a boutique in the Gothic quarter of Barcelona. The contact that I have from time to time with the final consumer helps me to design especially for this type of woman: Urbanite, elegant, casual and cool who knows how to appreciate what she buys because it will be part of her wardrobe for years.
