Made in Béarn, with salt from Salies-de-Béarn. Ingredients: sugar, liquid cream, butter, lemon, Salies-de-Béarn salt, fruit pectin.   Allergens: milk Average nutritional values ​​per 100g: Energy: 1750KJ/418Kcal – Fat: 8.69g of which saturated fatty acids: 5.82g – Carbohydrates: 84.83g – including sugars: 84.7g – Protein: 1g – Salt: 0.8g Salted butter caramel is an emblematic culinary specialty of Brittany. 
It is perfect to accompany crepes, waffles, pancakes or to enhance whipped cream. We have adapted this recipe using the famous Salies-De-Béarn salt. 
However, we were obliged to keep its Breton origin, and we therefore use Breton cream and butter in our recipe. Salies-de-Béarn salt: Present naturally under the Pyrenees for millions of years, Salies-de-Béarn Salt is protected at depth in waters ten times saltier than sea water. 
Salies-de-Béarn Salt is a natural product, resulting from the evaporation of spring water. 
It does not undergo any treatment or addition of additives. 
In addition to sodium chloride, Salies-de-Béarn Salt contains many trace elements, such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and sulfates. 
Salies-De-Béarn salt is registered as an IGP, Protected Geographical Indication. 
Note that Salies-de-Béarn Salt is today the only salt used for curing the famous Bayonne Ham.
