A wonderful partnership that we are proud of! Discover our smoked trout rillettes, developed by the Marc Sandevoir cannery for Carpe & Capucine, an aquaponic farm in Loriol (Drôme). Our recipe: smoked trout raised responsibly on an aquaponic farm, vegetables, butter and herbs! A delicious spread as an aperitif. Carpe et Capucine is located on a 2 hectare plot, with 5500m² of aquaponic greenhouses. The products (fruits, vegetables & herbs) are grown in accordance with seasonality and the trout are raised while preserving their well-being: the greenhouses are not heated! Strawberries are from April to October!
