Gorgonzola DOP Dolce 200 gr

Gorgonzola Dolce DOP is a soft, raw, blue cheese made from whole cow's milk. It takes its name from a Lombard town near Milan, where it is said to have been created in the 12th century to recover a curd left behind the previous day. The sweet version of Gorgonzola PDO is soft, with evenly distributed blue veining, characterised by mould that is mainly blue-green in colour.
