The percale weave, with a smooth matte finish in sheets and sateen and matte 8mm stripe in the duvets and pillowcases, is opulent to touch. The manufacture of our range begins and ends in Egypt where Giza-76 cotton is cultivated in the Nile Delta. Cotton gins then separate the cotton from the seeds to produce the extremely smooth and soft cotton thread used to manufacture bedding locally in Egypt. This is handled by Eid and sons, our local textile experts, who have been perfecting their craft since 1912. Strange as it may sound, Egypt doesn't appear in the top 10 producers of ‘Egyptian’ cotton. Both duvets and pillowcases have easy access envelope openings for prompt bed changes. Care: Our bedlinen should be washed in a 40°C cycle.
