DEPOSITED MODEL. The "justàposer" are covers to be placed on a circle or on a lampshade frame. They were made to respond to a desire to change the decoration without having to buy a lampshade and for ease of maintenance. ---------------------------- This one is made in an old cotton embroidered with a JB monogram. 1950s cotton. Imprints of real plants have been "anchored" in the fiber. The cover is readjustable thanks to the linen string at the top. The side seam is invisible. The cover is closed on the side with a linen string. Circle with ring made in France - for E27 socket Diameter: 30 cm - Height approximately 29 cm. Linen twine. Norman craftsmanship. ---------------------------- To guarantee good resistance to hand washing at 30° with Marseille soap and natural light, old fabrics are previously mordanted with vegetable tannins. This allows the dyes from the plants to anchor themselves in the fibres. Once dyed, old fabrics are stored in the dark for several days before being processed. This allows stabilization of the plant pigments in the fibres. Care instructions will be affixed to a tag attached to each room.
