One of the five boroughs of New York, the hotspot par excellence, was the inspiration for our wonderfully simple but brilliantly effective mix of pure cashews and almonds, which experience an intensification of their flavor with a touch of salt. Cranberries, dark red and slightly sweet, round off the profile magnificently. The name Manhattan means something like "hilly land" in one of the old Indian languages. These hills are symbolically reflected in the wonderful curves of the creamy, tender cashews and the sweet almond kernels of this snack.
