The orange-red, shiny, smooth kumquat has its roots in Vietnam and China. Colloquially, it is also known to many as dwarf orange. Despite its similarity in terms of peel and color, it is not, strictly speaking, a citrus fruit, but is botanically related to them. They taste wonderfully lemony, spicy and slightly sour and are eaten with the peel. KUMQUAT DELUXE have been carefully candied and dried. Through this process, they have lost absolutely none of their original fruitiness, their wonderful lemony note or even their brilliant color.
