"Nori" is the generic term for various seaweed. The fresh water of the rivers in which these algae thrive particularly well gives the nori its mild aroma. In Western countries, nori is known primarily for the popular sushi rolls that are traditionally wrapped with it. We used these delicious and decorative morsels as a model for our NORI MIX and combined them with peanuts, soybeans and sticky rice to create one of the most extraordinary rice cracker snacks.
