Flip the bottle and place it on top of the jar, allowing the water to flow into the bowl. When the water level in the bowl reaches the bottle neck, air stops entering the bottle, halting the flow. Opening the spigot decreases the water level in the bowl, letting the bottle suck in air and release more water until it levels with the bottle neck again. This continues until the bottle is empty!
