Crown Maple's Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup is often referred to as "liquid gold" and is arguably the purest maple syrup in the world. It is manufactured using a patented process, so that impurities are filtered out in several steps - and you can taste it. The Maple Syrup is matured in bourbon casks to take on aromas of bourbon, smoky oak and brown butter. The syrup does not have an EU organic certificate.
