Roasted almonds coated with dark chocolate then naturally colored white chocolate. This bag contains 340g of olives Famous in the South of France, the olive tree is the emblem of Provence. La Cure Gourmande makes its chocolate olives. They reveal in their heart a rigorously selected and roasted almond which brings crunch in the mouth, coated with quality dark chocolate, they are then colored with a glaze which comes to dress the chocolate almond to give it the color of the olives of Provence. This developed technique allows a regularity and a good adhesion of the chocolate, the final rendering is close to reality. Our chocolates are made from cocoa butter and cocoa beans and respect the tradition of the master chocolatier.
