Our panty liners are made up of two main parts: a patterned organic cotton part (the top) and a black waterproof part (the bottom). The black part lies against your underwear, the patterned part, towards you. All you have to do is clip it all together. Once used, you can fold it back on itself and close it with the press studs. Menstrual blood will be contained inside without risk of leakage.
