Ancient DaoTea FuTuo (tea balls)

Preparation: One tea ball (5g) makes 3 liters of moderate strength tea (drank on its own), or 2 liters of strong strength tea (to accompany breakfast or after heavy meals). It is advisable to use good quality water, filtered or spring (recommended for feeding infants) and to infuse your tea using a ball or a teaspoon in a transparent glass container, so as not to infuse it for too long and to remove the tea ball depending on the desired color of tea. A ball can be re-infused for 48 hours as long as the tea continues to develop its color and aroma.
