A true best-seller and acclaimed by many lovers of so-called “full-bodied” coffee, it is a “blend” of which we have pushed the roasting to obtain a slight bitterness. This is a blend composed of 80% Arabica from South America and Africa, and 20% Robusta from Africa. More powerful than Espresso Blend, it can be prepared in Ristretto but also in an Italian coffee maker. This caffeine shot reveals notes of dried fruit in the cup!
