Vegan Spicy Vegetable Roll

100% Vegan bread snack consisting of white bread dough filled with carrot, pea, onion, tomato, bulgur and chili flakes. This sandwich is delicious for lunch, as a snack or cut into pieces as a snack. This product originated from a collaboration with Syrian and Eritrean refugees with the aim of developing a sustainable food product with influences from different cultures. Product is delivered frozen and has already been baked. Preparation from the freezer is 1 minute in the microwave and max. 5 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees. Shelf life refrigerated after thawing is 5 days. The sandwiches come in boxes of 32 pieces. Per order now 10 boxes. Working on smaller options. Feel free to contact me for these options.
