1000 Pasta - Adjustable Mill

The 1000 pasta is a tasty blend of pepper, aromatic herbs and Ancho pepper, very mild and delicious. It is part of the "Funny pot" collection. A mixture designed for pasta to be ground directly on the plate or, by unscrewing the mill head, to be put in the cooking water. Our grinders are adjustable (3 different grinds) and rechargeable. The manufacture of this mixture and the packaging are done manually in our workshop in Ancenis.
