Brandy - 40°

Brandy is an alcohol that is obtained by distilling wines from Our Region. Benjamin Barbe, after having cut his teeth in the Charente country of Cognac, he took control of the family distillery, respecting the philosophy of the great houses, rigour, method and tradition. The wines used come only from the vineyards of our Region. Our Brandy is distilled twice, first heating then good heating, the top alcohols and the tails are eliminated, only the heart of the heating remains which will be refined in oak barrels.
