Elderflower - the edible umbels of the black elder - not only taste wonderful, but are also really healthy thanks to the many secondary plant substances, glycosides, flavanoids and tannins. Classic as elderflower tea or as a cold drink for the summer with prosecco, lemonade and lemons. They refine jams and jelly and are simply delicious as a syrup with ice cream.
