After consuming the olives, the extra virgin olive oil with herbs and garlic can of course also be used wonderfully for cooking and baking. • Also very popular in vegetarian and vegan cuisine as a finishing spice oil for pizza and pasta or as a Mediterranean kick on fried vegetables! Durability: Our pickled olives always come from the latest harvest and can usually be kept for 2 years after filling!
