Gently harvested and naturally debittered - typical for the Kalamata olives coming from Messinia - our pickled black organic olives convince with an intensely spicy taste, with the typical aroma of Mediterranean cuisine. After consuming the olives, the extra virgin olive oil with herbs and garlic can of course also be used wonderfully for cooking and baking. • Also very popular in vegetarian and vegan cuisine as a finishing spice oil for pizza and pasta or as a Mediterranean kick on fried vegetables! Durability: Our pickled olives always come from the latest harvest and can usually be kept for 2 years after filling!
