Absinthe Finn Blanche 20cl "BIO" 60%Vol Absinthe finn blanche gets its taste from a combination of 7 distilled plants. This bouquet of aromas also brings out very refreshing notes. This Absinthe still retains a dominant note of anise and complex plant notes such as wormwood, coriander, hyssop, lemongrass... This Absinthe is created and distilled in exactly the same way as the absinthes made before the 1915 ban. This particular recipe has been the subject of a long year of research by the creator of the Awen Nature Distillery. To fully appreciate it, we recommend the traditional method: In a glass containing 1 dose of Absinthe, place some sugar on an Absinthe spoon and run fresh water drop by drop over your sugar. On contact with water, Absinthe finn blanche becomes slightly cloudy to reveal dazzling creamy white reflections.
