Preparation for Grog 100g "Organic"

Incorporate a tablespoon of plants for a cup, then pour in water at 80°C. Leave to infuse for at least 10 minutes before filtering. To prepare a Grog with this herbal tea, add a tablespoon of honey and 5cl of rum, cognac or GIN MIST - AWEN NATURE.
