Rum 'Le Normand'

Our “Le Normand” rum is not what you imagine… Organic molasses for a characterful rum with exotic flavors slowly distilled in our column still made in France.    To create this unique rum, we use organic molasses brewed, fermented, distilled, aged in toasted barrels (Normandy flavor heating), in our distillery.    Our artisanal creations will take you off the beaten track.    The eye : A gold dress and generous tears.    The nose : Powerful aromas of ripe fruit, pear, apple, accompanied by delicately spicy and woody notes.    The mouth : Powerful in the first place, it then veils the palace.   Light notes of spices come in the mid-palate.   The finish is generous with notes of apples and “Norman” pears.    Tasting advice: Alone or with an ice cube of pure water.    46° / 70cl ARTISANAL & FRENCH Single barrel.   No additives, unfiltered, 0 gr/L added sugar.
