Our washed Ethiopian Sidamo bean is lightly roasted to emphasise the signature Ethiopian fruity flavour notes. The light roast also perfectly balances the acidity to give a smooth, clean taste and texture. Our Ethiopian is ideal for filter or Aeropress coffee.  The Sidamo region of Ethiopia is internationally recognised as a region that consistently produces incredible coffee.  High altitudes of of up 2,200m, fertile soil and frequent rainfall contribute to its distinguished flavour profile and popularity.
